All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Hachiman PC. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud. An order is only deemed accepted after payment has been processed and the product has been shipped.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling fees
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, in accordance with state and local tax laws
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout
• Full payment is required before shipment
• Hachiman PC reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

• Free standard shipping is available within the continental United States
• Additional charges may apply for expedited or international shipments
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery by the carrier
• Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Hachiman PC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact our support team before sending any products back.

• Unopened Products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in new, sealed condition
• Opened Products: 30-day return window with a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any risk during transit
• Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after inspection of the returned product

All Hachiman PC products are covered by our Warranty Policy. Coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Improper installation or third-party components
• Software issues or normal wear and tear

Customer is responsible for shipping to our service center. Hachiman PC covers return shipping for valid warranty claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hachiman PC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Hachiman PC website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without express written consent from Hachiman PC.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in California
• Hachiman PC may require arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association at its discretion

Products purchased from Hachiman PC may not be exported in violation of U.S. export control laws. Products are intended for end-users only — unauthorized resale is prohibited.

Hachiman PC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
