Estimated Transit Times
Standard shipping from California to the continental 48 states typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Transit times generally increase with distance.
1–3 business days (e.g., Nevada, Oregon).
3–4 business days (e.g., Texas, Colorado).
5–6 business days (e.g., New York, Florida).

Tracking — Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Carriers — Orders may ship via UPS or USPS. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Processing — Orders are processed Monday–Friday; no weekend or holiday delivery. We can't control transit time once a package is handed to the carrier.
Carrier Selection — We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. This may affect rural areas not served by a specific carrier.
No International Shipping — We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Because every Hachiman PC is a prebuilt system, returns are handled more strictly than component-only purchases.
Direct Orders (HachimanPC.com)
Systems may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Full refund, no restocking fee.
Subject to a 15% restocking fee after inspection.
Customer responsibility unless warranty-covered or our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the system is received, inspected, and tested. For defective systems or warranty-covered issues, please see our Warranty Policy.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
If purchased from an authorized retailer (Platinum Micro, AAAwave, Amazon under our seller accounts, etc.):
- The retailer's return/refund policy applies
- Hachiman PC warranty service still applies and is handled directly by us (see Warranty Policy)
03 // Exchanges & Warranty Repairs
If your system arrives defective or develops a covered issue during the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy page.
- Approved warranty claims are not subject to restocking fees
- Warranty service includes repair or replacement of defective parts — not full refunds beyond the 30-day return window
