These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hachiman PC website (“Site”) and the purchase and use of products offered by Hachiman PC (“Products”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. Orders and Acceptance
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Hachiman PC. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
1.2 Hachiman PC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or stock shortages.
1.3 No order shall be deemed accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been shipped.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on the shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws.
2.3 Hachiman PC accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment.
2.4 Hachiman PC reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
2.5 Sales Tax
All prices listed on the Site are exclusive of applicable sales, use, excise, and other taxes unless otherwise noted. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination, in accordance with state and local laws. Customers are responsible for payment of all such taxes. If an order is shipped to a state where Hachiman PC is not required to collect sales tax, the customer remains solely responsible for remitting any applicable use tax to the appropriate taxing authority.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Hachiman PC provides free standard shipping within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for expedited or international shipments.
3.2 Title and risk of loss for Products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
3.3 Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Hachiman PC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 No return will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) issued by Hachiman PC.
4.2 Unopened Products returned within 30 days in new and sealed condition are eligible for a full refund.
4.3 Opened Products may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The Product must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
4.4 The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes risk of loss or damage during transit.
4.5 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after inspection and acceptance of the returned Product.
5. Warranty
5.1 All Products are covered by the Hachiman PC Warranty Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
5.2 Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
5.3 Exclusions include, but are not limited to: damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, third-party components, software, or normal wear and tear.
5.4 Customer is responsible for shipping the Product to Hachiman PC’s service center. Hachiman PC will cover return shipping for valid warranty claims.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE HACHIMAN PC WARRANTY POLICY, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND HACHIMAN PC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hachiman PC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, software corruption, business interruption, or loss of profits.
7.2 Hachiman PC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a Product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that Product.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Hachiman PC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without the express written consent of Hachiman PC.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
9.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
9.3 Hachiman PC reserves the right to require arbitration for certain disputes, in which case the arbitration will be conducted in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Export and Resale
10.1 Customers shall not export, re-export, or resell Products in violation of U.S. export control laws.
10.2 Products are intended for end-users only and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale.
11. Modifications
Hachiman PC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
