Shipping Policy

Every Hachiman PC is carefully assembled, tested, and packaged before leaving our facility.

  • Handling Time – Orders ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Cut-Off Time – Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • Business Days – We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.
  • Shipping Methods
    • Free Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days
    • USPS Priority: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: Required for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
  • Coverage – We currently ship to the 48 Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • No International Shipping – At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
  • Carriers – Orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and availability. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • Tracking – Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Return Policy

Because every Hachiman PC is a prebuilt system, returns are handled more strictly than component-only purchases.

Direct Orders (HachimanPC.com)
  • 30-Day Return Window: Systems may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unopened / New Condition: Full refund, no restocking fee.
  • Opened / Used Systems: Subject to a 15% restocking fee after inspection.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a warranty-covered issue or an error on our part.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after the system is received, inspected, and tested.

Purchases from Authorized Retailers

If purchased from an authorized retailer (Platinum Micro, AAAwave, Amazon under our seller accounts, etc.):

  • The retailer’s return/refund policy applies.
  • Hachiman PC warranty service still applies and is handled directly by us (see Warranty Policy).

Exchanges & Warranty Repairs

  • If your system arrives defective or develops a covered issue during the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy page.
  • Approved warranty claims are not subject to restocking fees.
  • Warranty service includes repair or replacement of defective parts — not full refunds beyond the 30-day return window.
